US members typically receive their letter within 3–10 days.
International deliveries may take 2–6 weeks.
All envelopes are carefully prepared during the last week of each month to ensure every detail feels magical ✨
Just email the fireflies at hello.magicstreet@gmail.com and they will change your address! Make sure to email them before the 25th of the month so they can adjust your address or subscription before sending!
You can pause or cancel your subscription from your account/subscription page.
Sometimes the mail can take up to 2 weeks to arrive (6 for international). If your Magic letter doesn’t arrive, email the fireflies at hello.magicstreet@gmail.com and they will resend it. Please review your receipt to
confirm your address is correct as that is often the culprit.
Remember that the magic part of snail mail is the slow pace and anticipation of every month, however, sometimes mail does get delayed and even lost. If you have not received your letter by the end of the month (US), please reach out and they can work out sending you a replacement!
